Hangzhou, as the capital city of Zhejiang Province, is a center city in the Yangtze Delta and a traffic pivot in Southeast China. The resident population in 2011 was 8,700,400, in which the population of urban citizens is 6,372,700, accounting for 73.25%, and rural population is 2,327,700, accounting for 26.75%.
